PLACING AN ORDER
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to 37 countries including:
- North America: USA, Canada
- Europe: UK, EU countries, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein
- Oceania: Australia, New Zealand
- Asia: Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan
What are your shipping costs and delivery times?
We offer free shipping to all the countries we ship to. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Check our Shipping & Delivery page for full details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay — all securely processed at checkout.
Do you have physical stores?
No — we’re online-only. Skipping the fancy boutiques means we can offer high-quality moissanite jewellery without the inflated price tags.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Will I be charged VAT or taxes?
VAT and applicable taxes are either included in the price or calculated at checkout, depending on your location.
Can I amend or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we may be able to help (like correcting an address). Email support@matayi.com ASAP.
Once an order is processed, we can’t make changes — but you can return it once it arrives. More info on our Returns and Exchanges page.
Please notify us within 14 days if something’s not right.

Where is your jewellery made?
Our jewellery is thoughtfully crafted in Singapore and China, in partnership with experienced jewellery makers trusted by leading global brands. We work closely with our suppliers to ensure every Matayi piece meets our high standards for quality and design.
Is your jewellery real moissanite and silver?
Yes! All our pieces feature genuine D-colour, VVS1 moissanite gemstones — known for their incredible sparkle and brilliance. We use 925 sterling silver as our base metal, finished in premium platings like 18K gold, rhodium, or platinum for that luxurious look.
Do your pieces come with a certificate of authenticity?
Yes! Every Matayi moissanite piece includes a third-party certificate of authenticity verifying the quality, grade, and characteristics of your gemstone. This ensures that your jewellery is made with genuine D-colour, VVS1 moissanite, so you can shop with total confidence in the brilliance and value of your purchase.
Will your jewellery tarnish?
We believe in being honest — plated jewellery will naturally fade over time with wear. However, our 925 sterling silver base is durable and naturally tarnish-resistant. With simple care (like storing pieces dry and polishing occasionally), your jewellery will stay bright and beautiful for years to come.

Why is your moissanite pricing better than other luxury brands?
We use the same fine materials — crafted by the same artisans and factories trusted by leading luxury brands, just without the luxury price tag.
