Refused or Undelivered Orders - If a package is refused or undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll refund your order once it returns to our warehouse—minus shipping fees and any duties/taxes.

United States & Canada
- No customs or import duties.
- Local taxes may apply at checkout depending on your state.
Australia & New Zealand
- No duties for orders under $1000 AUD/NZD.
- Orders over $1000 may incur customs charges upon delivery—these are the customer’s responsibility.
United Kingdom
- No duties for orders under £135.
- VAT is included in the price.
- Orders over £135 may be subject to customs fees at delivery—customer is responsible for these charges.
Other International Destinations
- Orders may incur customs or import taxes upon arrival.
- These are not included in your order and must be paid by the customer.
We’re unable to ship to PO Boxes, BFPOs, mail-forwarding services, or temporary addresses. We want your jewelry to arrive safely—and that means secure, trackable locations only.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow its journey. All deliveries are tracked and some must be signed for.
